How our Pre-Owned Program Works
We utilize a comprehensive multi-step inspection, repair, and replacement process that ensures each piece of equipment is in exceptional working order.
1. Disassembly & Inspection
We begin with a thorough inspection and disassembly of key components to assess functionality.
2. Cosmetic Restoration
The equipment is cleaned, and treated, and any necessary paint repairs are made. Logos and signage are replaced as needed to restore the original look.
3. Refurbishment & Reassembly
All mechanical, pneumatic, and electronic assemblies are disassembled, cleaned, repaired or replaced, and reassembled according to manufacturer specifications.
4. Diagnostics & Troubleshooting
A full diagnostic test is performed, followed by calibration to ensure the system operates flawlessly.
5. Performance Validation
Quality control tests are conducted to verify pressurization, stability, and overall performance.
6. Final Packing
Refurbished or new accessories are provided, where needed, and the system is carefully packed for storage or transport.
